My son was loading long rods into the tracker and hit the air vent louvre. It went down into the duct work and we cannot retrieve it. We have tried to find it with a duct camera, we tried to reach down with a hanger, look with a mirror on a stick, tried to suck it out with a vacuum. It seems to be lodged because the slide to open and close the vent used to clunk when slid side to side, now it won't slide. How in the heck can we get into the ductwork to retrieve that louvre?
