SALES TAX And FREIGHT

WELL" This is new to me because I just recently started selling some items on the forum. Three times I have been asked about the "SALES TAX, and or the FREIGHT" I did some research and here is what I "Understand" IF you are not a business, and just selling off some junk, normally no sales taxes applies, kind of like selling stuff from a "Garage Sale" IF you are a BUSINESS, and you purchase "Material or Products", Wholesale, (You did not pay sales tax when you purchased it) sales tax MAY...

I started building my Autocross Car in 1982 Installed (Silicone DOT 5). At that point in time, it was new and I could only find it at NAPA. I sold my car this past summer to a young fellow here in town. He is kicking ass with it at almost every event. 'GUESS WHAT) Same Master Cylinders, Calipers Wheel Cylinders, Slave and Hoses as I installed in 1982. Actually. mostly the same fluid except for topping up. IT DID NOT DISSOLVE THE SEALS> My MGBGT, built in 2000 Same Story as Above My MGBGT...
