Owner of '67 MGB in bits. *Update* Many more bits now and more to come! *Update2* Lots more bits and now on Rotisserie. *Update3* Started the way back has revamped front and rear suspension and is back on the ground. *Update* Pretty sure now car is a '66. *Update4* Did complete motor rebuild and it's in and running. Now working on the interior and the body. *Update5* Now road registered and able to be driven - still lots of cosmetic issues, however.

Pickup And Play

It's 1 week since the buy and pickup. I think I'm going to struggle keeping this log up to date and complete. The drive up with the trailer went OK, the pickup took longer than I had expected - no real problems, just took longer. The drive home was fairly uneventful as well. It was the events that occured when home that was the cause of some anxiety. I had gone over in my mind several times the alternatives available to me to get the car where I wanted it at home. We have a steep driveway...

This entry is a copy of the text I put in a OT forum post concerning my prostate surgery. "OK. First the symptoms. I like an egg for breakfast on odd days and I often cook it in the Microwave - small bowl sprayed with Canola oil, egg cracked into it and whipped to stop it exploding. 1 min on high. Works every time, comes out a bit like overdone scrambled. Great to put on a piece of toast. So I'm standing at the bench with the dish , just sprayed and a newly poured cup of coffee...
