This is what I found on the frame

“Nada Sixty-Eight”

I purchased this little dandy for the engine & body panels. First AND last car I've ever bought sight unseen. PO's description was, shall we say, inaccurate? There is not a single straight body panel on the ENTIRE car and the head was cracked and welded. This car is the recipient of 1968 "Wall Art" but the engine was the first of the 5-mains and it has all the telltales of being the first of the 1965 model year car. I am stripping it and will cut it up for scrap metal. I will be retaining the "Wall Art" for another project. Had another VIN number. The above number was off the frame near the front suspension support.

This car was cut up and taken to the recycler. I kept the engine &
tranny, rear axle & front member and various items. 560# @ $0.10/LB put
$56 in my pocket.
