A good day, or at least some good things about it. Started the day by hooking up Dad's old Mig to the new tank, cracked the valve and the hi-pressure gauge blew up, spraying crap all over my face. decision made rather quickly to go get a new welder.. ended up with a Lincoln 140 which is beaut, and 200 bucks off regular price!
Got the front sidemember sorted out, looks real good. Finally got 1/2 of the inner sill removed from the car (the back half)(why didn't someone tell me those spot welds were there?)so tomorrow looking good for getting the rest of the sill out and patching up the flange on the transmission tunnel.. who knows, may even get the new inner sill in position.
