Did some odds and ends this evening, first I went down and replaced the boot badge (removed it on Sunday, the mounting holes are leaking and contributing to the growing puddles in the trunk). Used some Permatex Silicone RTV to seal up the holes, thats drying now and I'll replace the clips in a couple of days. The paint is dry on the wishbone arms so I lubed up a couple V8 bushings and used a 5" C-clamp and an old brake piston to push them into the arms with an equal amount sticking out each side. Lots of dishwashing soap makes the job easy, if a bit slippery. Removed the duct tape holding the rear tail lens on to inspect the damage that I bought the car with, it doesn't look all that bad, I might just tackle it with a slide hammer or something this weekend. Hope the new parts get here soon!
